I spoke to Tom Mellenchuk by phone mid-week, intending to visit on the weekend as I'm on the Island. We kept in touch by text message, and organized the timing and the trade-in vehicle before arriving Saturday morning. Tom was walking up to greet us by the time I got out of my vehicle. The truck I wanted to see was ready to go, and he and I took it for a drive. After that I took my wife for a drive in it. The process moved quickly and smoothly. Tom was at all times attentive, explained the numbers clearly, and was appreciative of my time and costs coming from the Island to White Rock. Consequently the deal worked and I have an excellent truck that fits my needs perfectly. Tom treated us graciously and respectfully. Those are rare traits at times, but Tom has them both, along with a memorable sense of humour. In fact everyone we dealt with at White Rock Dodge was polite and helpful. It was a very busy Saturday and the ferries were crowded, but it was worth the trip to deal with Tom and the staff at White Rock Dodge. Thanks again!

Tom was very helpful with finding me the car that suited me more and for my personality. Despite me going against what he had chosen, he made sure that he took me for a spin to realize that i freaking love it and that I’d be taking it home. He was super sweet, very knowledgeable, and on point with getting everything done ON TIME. He’ll kill your wait time with his sense of humour and make the experience very memorable! I acknowledged that things may take time, but this team will do their very best to deliver for their customer.

We bought an SRT from Mike Dares and it was a great experience!! There were a few hiccups, but he straightened it out for us right away. The Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 does not come with a spare tire and it hit us with Karma over the weekend. Our tire blew as we were on our way out of town. We were stuck in a small town and keep note (SRT tires are hard to come by in a short period of time) it is a rare tire to get. We could not leave with the vehicle as we had to leave it behind until we could figure out when we could get a tire. Mike Dares came through and helped us out big time! Made sure we were taken care of and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend him if youre buying a car or ever in a pickle. His turn around time is amazing and it will always leave you happy. Tires blow and things happen, but its the outcome and how it is handled that matters. He is excellent. Be sure to ask for Mike Dares when you go to White Rock Dodge. He will take care of you even well after you have bought the vehicle and he does not beat around the bush or hide anything from you. Very rare to find an honest salesman these days.
