Peter B. continues to be the reason that I bring my vehicles in for service on a regular basis. He is very respectful, listens to my concerns, and provides clarification after my vehicle is serviced.

People usually dread bringing their vehicle into the shop for maintenance but I don't. The whole process of having to drop off my vehicle is made easy by having the multiple doors and multiple staff members to greet me. Having a specific representative makes the whole process simple and easy. I feel like I have some sort of a relationship with Amanda Ritchot. She is always open to my questions and is honest with me on what actually needs to be done right away and what could wait. She touches base with me throughout the process to make sure I approve of everything before they move ahead. Picking up my vehicle is just as easy, off to the "Cashier" to settle my account then they get my vehicle for me and bring it directly to me. I always get this kind of service ..... which is why I recommend Murray to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Service is what makes or breaks it ... and I always have excellent service. Thanks Amanda!!

Had a check engine light problem and starter noise. All were diagnosed and the starter was replaced but the missfire in #3 cylinder was not fixed as the tech needed to pull the engine apart and since I had a new engine put in 90000 km ago ( 3.5 years) it might not be covered under warranty so I said no. It only hampers the mileage at slow speeds so I did not want to pore any more money into an 03 Avalanche. Peter and the Tech were in contact with me during all phases of repair. Always great service and advice.

I always feel confident with the service but was disappointed that I couldn't have the one recall done while in Winnipeg. I live close to flin flon Mb. and that is a long drive to Winnipeg for recalls. I would rather have it done in Winnipeg since I purchased my equinox from Murray Chevrolet. Thank you Sophie Riehl.

Tanner has been professional, helpful and courteous. Since the purchase of my vehicle, he has gone beyond expectations by answering any questions and helping me with any picky issues I may of had. It is great that his service to me didnt stop after he sold me the car. For him, the selling of the vehicle is just the start of providing stellar customer service.

From the minute we step in his office he explain every detail of what we will be doing, paper work how the car runs what the car has and how to work it and he also takes us to the car and makes sure we know everything about it.love the follow up e-mails and we can call him any time and that is so important to us!
