From the minute we step in his office he explain every detail of what we will be doing, paper work how the car runs what the car has and how to work it and he also takes us to the car and makes sure we know everything about it.love the follow up e-mails and we can call him any time and that is so important to us! We think he is the best, we buy cars at your lot because of Craig

Power steering pump

My pump failed on holiday in the US. Had it replaced in Winnipeg then the replacement failed a month later when I was home in Calgary. Ryan coordinated with the dealership here and worked to get the maximum refund available over and above the cost of the part. He really kept on top of the process, making sure everyone did their part. It was great!

Pleasantly surprised when the actual cost was $180 less than the estimate (described as a math error) although I'm wondering what would have happened if the opposite was the case. Work was performed satisfactorily.

I recently was able to have Chris assist me with some issues I was having with my Equinox. He was so very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the difficulties I was having and made me feel heard and took my concerns seriously and had my vehicle in for inspection immediately. As it turned out, the vehicle did require service work and was covered under my power train warranty so again Chris was able to get the vehicle in for the work quickly and made sure I was provided with a vehicle for the interim and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I recently traded in the Equinox for a brand new Trax and was at the dealership to bring back spare keys so while there I went to see Chris about the tire pressure for the Trax as I couldn't find the information I was looking for in the manual. He accompanied me to the Trax in the lot and went through everything about the tires and where to find the information and also gave me some excellent tips and information about other aspects of the vehicle. Chris is a fantastic caring and dedicated employee that I for one am so happy to have as my Service Advisor! Thank you Chris and thank you Dan Murray for hiring top notch employees like Chris!
