I had an incredible experience with Omar and Henley Honda. Apprehensive and unsure as this was my first time purchasing a vehicle, I had no idea what to expect. The moment I walked in the door Omar was there to help- no pressure whatsoever. He truly cares about his customers and strives to make them happy by really catering to their specific needs and lifestyles. He really listened to what I wanted and did everything in his power to ensure I was completely satisfied. From walking in the door one day to walking out with my 2013 Honda Civic weeks later, Omar was incredibly professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. He treats his customers they way they should be - like royalty and, more importantly, like family. I would absolutely recommend Omar and Henley Honda to anyone who is considering purchasing or leasing a vehicle. I could not have imagined such an easy and stress free transition. Omar continues to provide incredible customer service with regular "check-ins" to see if there is anything I need. His dedication to his customers is incredible. I know I am taken care of with Omar and Henley Honda.

Omar was super helpful with setting up my wife and I with a new honda civic. Omar got us a great deal for our new civic and he answered all of our questions, found the right model and made the process real smooth and easy for us. He introduced us to the friendly staff at Honda that were real welcoming. This is the first car we have ever bought and we could have not had a better experience dealing with Omar.

I am just waiting to take delivery of my CPO Civic purchased from Omar Ahmed at Henley Honda. My girlfriend and I had been in one night to test drive a few cars and spoke with Omar, he was very friendly and made us feel comfortable with looking around and taking a few cars out. When we returned several days later, Omar was on the sales floor and immediately greeted us both by name without any hesitation or advanced notice. I was blown away that he remembered our names and recalled them so quickly! During the buying process we also met Krish, the Used Car Manager, who was also great to deal with. Though I can't comment fully on the car as of yet, the staff at Henley Honda was amazing and made what is normally a stressful process, an enjoyable one. Thanks again Omar!
