My first car was a 99 Civic Si manual coupe with 347,000 km. Although the car was still ticking I needed to upgrade to a 4 door and automatic this time. I recently just purchased a 2010 Civic Sport in mint condition from HH. Omar our sales rep was very pleasant, hard working, honest and helped answer all questions. My parents also bought both their cars from HH brand new.

I recently purchased a used car from Henley Honda. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. My Sales associate, Steve Makerewich, was essential in making my experience so positive. He organized everything and did a great job of finding the best car to suit my needs. If your looking for a stress-free purchase then would definitely recommend him to everyone!

My husband and I traveled from Ottawa to Henley Honda to purchase our previously owned Honda Odyssey. Omar made the transaction such a pleasant one that we'd travel back to purchase our next vehicle. My sales representative was Mr. Omar Ahmed who was not only well versed on his product knowledge, but was a very genuine. Omar made the experience of buying a car from Henley Honda exceptional and truly defined what quality sales and service is about. I own a company and have to say that within my experiences there are a select amount of people with the true integrity and honesty and Omar definitely is one that I would describe as such! Henley Honda... What can I say? I quite literally just got home from picking up my new-to-me 2007 Honda Civic EX, and I'm here writing a review. Joe Ferguson, my salesman, was nothing less than 110% professional about the whole process from me seeing the car online, to taking delivery. It's the kind of salesman everyone wants: one that knows his facts to a T, and one who can be funny and joke around with you to make you feel comfortable. Like you're supposed to be there buying this car. Sandra, the awesome lady who processed my sale, got the financing going, and guided me through all the scary stuff was absolutely amazing as well. She guided me through everything available to me from GAP insurance, to disability protection, to life insurance, etching, and so on. I literally bought the car on Thursday, and they had that bad boy in the tint shop to get the windows done, detailed, licensed and ready to go for 9AM Saturday. Going above and beyond my expectations is an understatement. I'd highly recommend Henley Honda to anyone looking for a great new or used car. If you're experience was half as good as mine, you'll be walking out a happy camper.

I had an incredible experience with Omar and Henley Honda. Apprehensive and unsure as this was my first time purchasing a vehicle, I had no idea what to expect. The moment I walked in the door Omar was there to help- no pressure whatsoever. He truly cares about his customers and strives to make them happy by really catering to their specific needs and lifestyles. He really listened to what I wanted and did everything in his power to ensure I was completely satisfied. From walking in the door one day to walking out with my 2013 Honda Civic weeks later, Omar was incredibly professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. He treats his customers they way they should be - like royalty and, more importantly, like family. I would absolutely recommend Omar and Henley Honda to anyone who is considering purchasing or leasing a vehicle. I could not have imagined such an easy and stress free transition. Omar continues to provide incredible customer service with regular "check-ins" to see if there is anything I need. His dedication to his customers is incredible.
