Henley Honda had 1800h as closing time on the internet page, so we drove like madmen to get there before closing...which on the door was 1730h. Another couple from out of town was there speaking with the financial advisor, Sandra, and not a salesperson to be seen. We told Sandra that our vehicle had expired that morning, and that we were interested in looking at a Pilot. Krishna, the used car manager, was hiding in his office unbeknownst to her. He came out, and despite being after hours, showed us new and used models. Sandra hung around to babysit our dog, allow us to do test drives, and later to advise us about finances and warranty options. We finally left about 2000h, after having bought a vehicle that we were very happy with. These two lovely people deserve commendation.

About a month ago I recently purchased my very first car at Henley Honda. Right away, I knew which car I wanted, however, my deciding factor came down to the people I was dealing with. I have never dealt with such an amazing group of employees all at one location. From the moment you enter the dealership, you are welcomed by every Henley Honda member. I would have to say they have - hands down - the best customer service skills. Not only was my first car purchase a positive and memorable one, but shortly after my purchase I had a leak in my tire. Being a little bothered at first, Krish (manager), Art and the rest of the Henley Honda crew dealt with this situation in the most professional and caring way. Henley Honda replaced the tire for me, no cost on my part. All I can say is if you're looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, customer oriented dealership, Henley Honda is definitely the way to go!!! Keep up the great work guys!

I just bought a brand new Honda civic from Henley Honda. The experience was great! I havent had better customer service in my life!. Mr. Omar Ahmed did an all around top of the line job! His knowledge of all vehicles and great personality made the experience of buying a vehicle very good experience. Im very glad i got to deal with him. I wouldnt buy a vehicle anywhere else. And Kevin handled all the paperwork and financials with such expertise he made everything very easy and informative. The team of professionals working here cannot be out classed anywhere else! If you want to buy a vehicle of any sorts, this is the place to come!

My first car was a 99 Civic Si manual coupe with 347,000 km. Although the car was still ticking I needed to upgrade to a 4 door and automatic this time. I recently just purchased a 2010 Civic Sport in mint condition from HH. Omar our sales rep was very pleasant, hard working, honest and helped answer all questions. My parents also bought both their cars from HH brand new.
