I'm not currently in the market for a car, however when I am, SMP Chev will be the first place I think of going. I have heard many good things about this dealership, such as their great service and positive attitude which I have seen present in employees, more specifically Tom Walker. I know that when I am able to get in the market for a car, I can count on SMP Chev and Tom Walker.

SMP it is! Cars are my thing (of all brands and models), but if it comes to representatives who are GENUINELY friendly and attentive to YOUR needs, somebody like Tom Walker definitely did it for me. I had felt absolutely NO pressure, and NO manipulation interacting with him - nor his fellow friendly staff. Kudos to SMP and that Tom guy!

Hello, I am grateful with Tom Walker for walking me through all the process and steps and for giving me time when I bought my car at SMP. SMP is so lucky to have him. The personal touch and friendship he offered to every single individual is to the highest standard! I personally want the management to know how much I appreciate the excellent service he provided to many of us as SMP's clients. Tom's attention to detail, great communication skills, and ready smile made the experience even better than everyone expected. He is so committed, have a great customer service skills and I am highly pleased with the professional manner he always showed to people. Tom, thank you for always making us all feel we are home each time we are at SMP's office. You do a fantastic job so Keep it up!

SMP is very lucky to have Tom Walker back. He is a pure Chevy fan and for him Chevy is an outstanding brand. I own a Chevy Impala and every time I visit SMP for service, I always make sure to let him know that I am around. Being an outstanding customer oriented individual, he makes time to see me and make me feel important. He tours me around the show room and gives me an update on the trucks and cars on display. He has made me an extension of him in promoting Chevy.
