In our opinion, James went above and beyond when dealing with us. He helped guide us through the different options available and showed us that we didn't need to settle for what we knew we could afford (the self-certify vehicles) and opened our eyes to the world of pre-owned. When we decided on the right car he made sure we were handled well for the rest of the visit at Palladino Honda. When we went back the next day to pick up the car, James came in on his day off to hand over the keys and do the final checks. Not only was our salesman great, our financial manager, Jayson Ball, was also amazing! He met with us late in the evening after working with James and ended up staying late to ensure everything worked out. I would 100% go back to Palladino Honda for future vehicle purchases!
