The entire experience was amazing and fantastic from start to driving away with my new car. Having just moved to Sudbury, getting everything set up from scratch was challenging. The entire team was patient, accommodating, and helpful the whole way. Josh was very helpful in selecting a car that would fit my needs. The test drive with James was informative and entertaining. Jay really went above and beyond when helping me sort out payments options. I was able to call Josh on Friday, test drive on Saturday, and pick up my new car on Tuesday. I am very appreciative of the whole team for helping me put everything together so quickly.

Upon booking my appointment, it was clear that I would be waiting for my vehicle. The customer service was fine and it was made clear upon arrival that I would be waiting at least 1.5 hours but I waited more than 2.5 hours. I had also asked to run a diagnostic on the media center and all that was done, accounting to the information I was given, was that they played music from phone and used the back up camera to check functionality. The media centre problem is intermittent and I understand that, but I really thought they would have checked the computer. I also had to go back in the next day because the vehicle was no longer throwing heat.

The scheduling of my appointment was convenient, I indicated that I wanted to wait for my vehicle, which I did. The car was ready in the estimated amount of time. Every person I made contact with was polite, knowledgeable & courteous. In summary, it was a pleasant experience.

staff are knowledgeable and friendly ...work is performed on time ,,,all requests are attended to...I had a defective windshield wiper which was fixed...I had a personal request to have my tire rims detailed by my son and returned to storage which was handled well...Your driver George drove me home and picked me up when my car was ready...he is very polite and pleasant to ride with...I love Kara and Marilyn they are both happy and fun to be around

Tire change and winter tune up. Discovered rear breaks needed changing. Shuttle service was very prompt. The vallet is helpful but lack of parking space is still an issue.
