I ran into three problems after my service call however. 1st: The service depatment had little to no clue about the details of the oil change plan offered by Oxford Dodge to people who buy cars there. I do have to cover part of the cost as my car runs synthetic however not 70+ dollars worth.. I would have expected the service dept to know exactly what i was talking about when i mentioned that the bill for the oil change (70$ some off dollars) was not correct because i had the 3 year plan offered by them. 2nd: The mechanic that worked on my car let too much air out of the back tires. It is fall, you don't fill them to the minimum during the afternoon when it is hotter out. This caused me to have to go fill them myself on the following weekend when it cooled off a little because my tire sensors were going crazy on my dash. running down the 401 for 2 hours did not even heat them up enough to kick the sensor off. 3rd: I have had my car into the dealer to have the dash fixed twice. there is some plastic that seems to sqeak when it is cool out. Mechanic said he did somthing with interferance foam the first time i was in and he fixed it, the rattle went away for most of the summer. However the day after i was in this last time it started up again. I'm not sure if this is ever going to be fixed but it is annoying to drive with! I can hear it over the exhaust note of the car, and that is saying somthing! WIll have it looked at next time i am in. Chris is very pleasant to deal with in the sales side of the dealership, and i have recommended my car and the fiat line up to neighbours and friends who all love it!

always had a good rapport, with Oxford Dodge, other Chrysler dealers don't have customer service as good as you guys, will be back again when needing maintenance on the car..

I bought a new vehicle and traded my older vehicle. The car and features were explained, call and questions answered promptly and respectfully.

I went in to have my snow tires put on. The lady at the desk was friendly and polite. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the car wash, it wasn't cleaned very well but it was free so not a big deal.

My van had two problems as indicated by the engine warning light. The staff diagnosed and repaired the problems, and also pointed out a recall, that was also addressed. All was done in a timely manner. Good work, team!!

I had my snow tires put on rims and installed on my van. I was advised that my brakes would need replacing in the near future. The service advisor was polite, friendly and gave me advice and quotes for future work that may be needed.

I love the team at Oxford Dodge! You guys are all so friendly and understanding when someone like me, who has never owned a vehicle before, is learning about what it takes to keep my car on the road. I never feel patronized or taken advantage of. Plus you're all so personable!

I went in to get my snow tires on and the radio fixed and Mike was done with my car by lunch time. He also took the time to point out some scratch marks on my car that needed some attention. He also gave me a follow up call to let me know everything was fine and to confirm my pick up at 3:15 pm. I'll be back in a few months for my next tune up/oil change. Thank you. Leslie Burke
