The staff at Oxford Dodge were very nice and accommodating. We had an appointment and needed to be done by a certain time. The time it took was spot-on! They even washed the car!

The dealership was clean and well cared for. The staff was friendly and courteous. We were shown options of both used and new vehicles and told in full detail what comes with each package. Jerry was very informative and honest. Everything went smoothly and we're happy with our new van. Thank you Jerry Besterd and all the helpful staff for a pleasant experience.

I had a locked nut on my wheel rim and had broken my socket. When the mechanic tried to get it off with the master socket he broke the shop master. My vehicle was squeezed into an already busy day and was out within an hour. Great service

It started when I was told the recall for my minivan had a solution not a fix a solution to the problem... it was to disconnect my flaps at the back of my minivan.... I really get a lot of use out of my flaps and had to go without them for four years in my last minivan because they werent able to be fixed.... not impressed with chrysler ....then my alignment was off... after the fact I thought about this and I know my alignment wasnt a problem or I would know that when Im driving the vehicle......however if I didnt get it fixed then the tire warranty would be voided the next time I needed because I had refused an alignment when there was un nessesary wear on my tires..... so stuck between a rock and a hard place there as was I when I really didnt want my flaps disconnected as if I refused and the vehicle caught fire I would be faulted and insurance coverage for damage would be a problem.....So now there is a cost for an alignment and I needed the car back by noon. the appmt. was for 9:15 am and I was there for it... several calls throught out the morning from the service dept. to my phone and my husbands cell to ask where the tool was to remove the tires.... the service dept. was told several times where it was located but still proceeded to look elsewhere.... still no tool. they did not keep us informed... by 1:30pm we called and were brought up to speed.... so I had to wait til 2:45 pm as my husband dropped me off and opened the back of the van and picked out the tool for the wheels without even looking..... right where he said it was.....amazing!!!! so ...... I could go on but I will stop here.
