Good plus plus

Oxford Dodge has an excellent service department and I have used Oxford Dodge for service almost continuously since 1980. My reason for "good plus plus" instead of "excellent" is that a minor detail was overlooked and when I made note of it, the service staff reacted promptly without question. Oxford Dodge is an excellent dealership. About sharing (see below) I don't use Facebook, don't have a "twitter account" and I'm not sure what ""g+" indicates. I often recommend Oxford Dodge to others by other means.

We have never had anything but excellent advice and service from Mike Summerfield. We are on our third Van that Mike has kept on the road for us.

I thought Mike was great. He was clear on the time needed. I happened to just pass him by in the Cash area and he remembered my name and offered to check on the car status. and the guy who does the wheel alignment explained it all to me in terms I could understand. I thought he was pretty efficient and hospitable at the same time. That young man, thin guy name was Brad I think. He was helpful also and talked to me about the need for snow tires and that Oxford Dodge had a good program. So overall a good experience. Tx Gary

We had an appointment to instal our winter tires onto our Chrysler Mini Van, however the tires and rims would not fit our new van, having traded in a 2009 mini van. Mike provided suggestions for the purchase of new snow tires for the van, for which we accepted his recommendations, and the van was taken to the shop for the installation. We then went for breakfast, and even brought Mike back a tea, as a token of our appreciation of his service to his customers. It was a very nice change to have customer service instead of being treated like an inconvenience when I get my oil lube & filter done. I picked my Jeep up on time and was please with the work done.
