booked my appt for 11am and expected it to be done in an hour was not aware my vehicle would not be ready until early afternoon

Peace of Mind Inspection - was greeted after a few minutes of waiting and first contact apolgized for my wait. Would have like to know the length of appointment so I could be better prepared

missed the mark this time

Usually very happy with the service,not this time though, as it took over 2 hrs to perform an oil change and install tires already on rims. Had asked for the remote starter to be looked at ( twice) as it cannot establish connection between fob and unit,and it wasn't done...

I love my car... the service has not been as good. If it is going to take 4 hours say so.. I understand, please don't say 1hour. Both time having snow tires put on there was a problem... first time after wait 4 and a half hours...ooop wrong tires...Again this year...I planned to avoid the wait by having someone drive me ... I left the car the entire day so they had lots of time....ooops Flat tire....still ended up waiting. This worries me a little.

We had both sets of breaks done and now the squeeling is worse. We took it in for you to look at and you said that there is nothing wrong. Oxford Doge has always had excellent customer service. So I hope when we bring it back in the problem can be fixed.

I had new snow tires put on and they found a leek inmy summer tires which they have fixed ready for next spring, plus they found I needed anew cabin air filter. Everything was done very proffessionally and and with great care.

2012 Fiat 500 Sport: bumper-to-bumper inspection; fuel system service; lube, oil, filter; rotated tires; repaired nail hole in rear right tire; repaired non-functioning rear licence plate bulb; washed vehicle. I am most satisfied with this service appointment, especially Morgan, due to treatment as described in the summary above, and a follow-up telephone call to advise of the additional work to be done ( tire & bulb repair) and completion of the work within the provided time estimate.
