Our new van required service already, which we were not pleased with, but the service representatives were more than willing to accommodate our needs, even though we hadn't made an appointment. They were pleasant and promptly took care of us. Our thanks to the friendly staff at Oxford Dodge.

Although my existing snow tires from my 2010 van were not entirely appropriate for the 2014 van at least you were able to make use of them to some extent which saved a little biit on the overall cost

I cannot believe the price to change out an actuator was 759 dollars. Had I know what the problem was, and how easy it is to remove the panel, unclip the rod, unscrew the actuator throu the whole in the door frame, remove the old actuator. Please the new one in the door, lining it up properly, put the screw back in, put the rod back on the actuator, and replace the water guard, close up the door cover.

Great job. Dropped the car off the night before. They took care of the tires and even did the recall work. Called me for pickup ahead of schedule.

Had the van in the body shop (great work) and they took care of a couple of recalls. The best part was I had to go to a waiting room because of paperwork, and they didn't forget me. It was taking too long for them (like 2 min) so they sent me on my way and said they'd take care of it, instead of wasting my time. Great service.

Needed to have my wheel rim replaced under warranty - it was an easy job for them since the tire was already off my jeep and laying in the back. All they had to do was take the old rim off the tire and put the new one on & balance it - a ten minute job at most. Unfortunately this obviously confused Tess who made the appointment because when I got into the service bay - Darryl had no information on any warranty claim and he thought that they were putting on snow tires. Once we straightened that out I was told it would be a 45 minute wait which I thought was overly excessive for such an easy job for one single tire but I said fine - so an hour and fifteen minutes later they paged me that it was finally finished. They drove my jeep around and handed me the keys. I looked in the back and no tire - I had to go back inside to ask where my tire was - they found it laying against the wall in the service bay. Then last night we went to take the tire out of the back of my jeep so we could store it - the tire weight was laying on the floor under the tire. So now I have to make another trip back to get the tire rebalanced. Glad it wasn't on the vehicle but very disappointing service.

I left my car overnight as I was told I had a scheduled time of 7am for my snow tires. I was informed that my car might not get in right at 7am, I was told that it would be done at noon at the latest. I called at 10:30 to get an update, but got an answering machine an left a voicemail. The message indicated I would get a call back within an hour. At around 11:30 I called again to see if the car was almost done and if I could get a shuttle. I was unable to get a hold of anyone (bounced around from voicemail to voicemail). I called back at 1pm and was told that my advisor had gone for lunch, I asked for another message to be left. I was finally contacted again by my advisor around 2pm and told that it as going to be another 30-40 minutes. At 2:45 I was called by my advisor and was informed that the work was not going to be done by 3 so the work was stopped, original tires placed back on the car and a shuttle sent for me so I could get the car to get to work (at this point it was already too late and I had to take the full day off anyway). At 3:45 I did receive a voicemail that the work was finally complete and I could arrange to get the car. I called back at 4 and received no answer (went directly to voicemail again). Called back at 4:15 and got on the list for shuttle pickup, got my car at 4:50pm. I was satisfied with the updates I got after 2pm (as well as with the work), but was very frustrated to not be able to talk to anyone directly in the morning. As a result, this ended up costing me a full vacation day from work (rather than the 1/2 I planned on). It would have been nice to know that the delays were going to be an issue prior to 2pm so I could have made alternate arrangements.

Chris was very professional and helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. I wouldn't hesitate to refer my friends and family to him. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from him and I'm sure it won't be the last.
