Matt has done an excellent job in helping me purchase a vehicle and everything was explained perfectly, warranty is perfect as well as incentives and everything was ready to go fast and easy.

Fantastic Service and Options

The service was amazing and everyone was very helpful. Great offers/pricing for any credit situation and was surprised at how easy it was compared to previous experiences with other companies. Matt was super helpful and worked to get me into a car fast. Highly recommend for your auto needs!

Just purchased a 2011 Ford Explorer here and I must say, from the moment we walked in, something was different about this place. We were nicely greated, shown the vehicle we came to see and never had any pressure to do any thing we weren't ready for. Daryl was a true pleasure to do business with. He gave us the key to test drive only when we asked for it. He pointed out things to fix on the explorer before we even noticed them and got things taken care of that were not even required for safety. And to make a great experience even better they were a few thousands cheaper than anyone else and the vehicle was super clean and accident free to begin with. I've already recommended them to co-workers and will be calling Daryl again for my next purchase. Thanks Daryl and Nick for a wonderful experience!

A good range of unique and good quality performance cars. I have always worked with Empire here, who has always been a great help and given excellent service. Their loan experts are super fast in getting approval. They know what they are doing and loans get approved without any drama.

We were in desperate need of a car. However we were not able to get a car loan or could not even lease a car due to credit issues. After talking to at least 10 different places we finally came to Empire Auto group where we were attended by Kiwan. He patiently heard our story and offered us to show a car that was e-tested and verified but the price was low. We were excited to find out that we could buy the car straight with the money which we had saved for down payment had we leased or financed a new car. We took the car for a test drive but found few issues with it. Kiwan promised to have those issues fixed and get the car ready without any additional charges. A few days later it was found out that the car has major issues with its transmission and catalytic converter. However since we were previously promised by Kiwan that there would be no additional cost to us, every single issue of the car was fixed without us having to a pay a single more penny. Finally after couple of days later we got our new car in great condition. Throughout the whole process Kiwan was very helpful, courteous, professional and truthful about every single matter, a thing that is rare to find in people these days. Based on our experience we can definitely say that Empire auto is a place that is managed by good people who care and would go out of their way to help their customers.
