Very friendly and courteous staff!...very accomodating(called on a Wednesday for a service appointment expecting to have to wait til the following week to get in, but got an appointment for 2 days later!)

There couldn’t have been a better place to get myself into a new vehicle. Working with Todd and Dan to make it happen, was an easy and pleasant experience. From start to finish, these guys answered my questions and followed through on their communication promises. As a first time Henley Honda customer and a first time Honda vehicle owner, I have to say that I not only love my new CR-V, but I’ll be back to Henley when the time comes for my next Honda. Thanks for everything!

I hate to write a poor review. The service people were fine. I went here for an oil change as well as to fix a component on my Honda. They put synthetic oil into my 2009 Fit without letting me know. They just put in top quality oil into an old car and didn't offer me any choices. I always choose semi-synthetic wherever I go. I didn't realize this until I got my bill back. This was my first time coming here, and I will not be coming back. Scam

Hi Whitney, We tried connecting with you a few times now regarding this as our system may have caused an error and billed your 2009 Fit as a 2010 which takes full synthetic oil along with 95% of the other Honda vehicles coming in for service these days. Henley Honda Service Department is extremely professional starting from booking the appointment, to the car "lift" to and from work, to an excellent mechanic, to paying the bill. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. They treat my car amazingly as they know how important it is to me. They explain carefully what work needs to be done (love the tik tok video they send with the update- great job Jayden!). My mechanic, Brett is extremely skilled in his work and honest. Brett always ensures that I am driving a safe vehicle. I always appreciate the service I receive. Thank you Henley Honda Service Department.

I've been going to Henley Honda for all my car's needs for the last 3 years. I have always had great service from Henley Honda. Everyone in the service department is friendly and happy to help. They also try to accomodate for my schedule whenever possible. I'd highly recommend them.
