I bought a used Jeep from OMS. The sales representative Sam was very helpful during the buying experience and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. However,, when I went to finalize the purchase and pick up the vehicle they had needed to swap the tires and rims that were on the vehicle when I saw it and test drove it for certification reasons. OMS did provide the original tires and rims with the purchase. After driving the Jeep off the lot the low tire pressure indicator came on. Was told to book an appointment with service to take it in and check if the wheels they installed even had sensors. Took it in and service said they had no way of checking a Jeep product and told me to take it to the local Jeep dealer. Checked with them and was told the TPMS may need reprogramming at a cost of $75 or would need to break down the tires to check for sensors. Response from OMS was..I received a free set of tires and rims and they couldn’t rectify the issue. Was very satisfied at time of the sale..now not so much as I contemplate driving my recently purchased vehicle with a trouble light in the dash or add to the expense or the purchase to fix a problem the seller should have taken care of as part of the sales. Be advised if purchasing anything other than a GM product from this dealership.
