Good service

Brought my car in to have some scratches repaired. Scratches were on brand new car on delivery. Most were fixed, but one on hood not corrected. Was told by a sales associate that it would require taking off hood, painting the whole thing etc. I understand it may not be worth the effort for a minor scratch, but I also do not expect to have received a brand new car from Porsche with existing scratches. I left it as it was and will not pursue the issue further.

Achat d’une porsche avec aucun documents ,

J’ai acheté une porsche et le garage Mark’s Motor’s m’a mentionné, on fait le transfert et on T’envoie tes documents, près de 1 mois plus tard je n’ai rien reçu, aucun reçu,aucun contrat D’achat, aucun enregistrement, tellement que ça ressemble a un détournements de fonds, a 4 reprises On me mentionne que mes documents sont envoyés, comme par magie on ne reçoit rien. Je le mentionne a plusieurs reprises a Mark’s motor’s , mais le gérant confirme que les documents sont Envoyés donc le dossier est clos. Il confirme a Porsche que le dossier est réglé.

This is a “non-pretentious” high-end store. They do give a high level of service but you don’t feel like you need to wear a 3 piece suit to receive it. I also like the Porsche philosophy that their cars are sports cars and are meant to be driven as such, including taking them to the track without repercussion to the warranty.

Marks Motors Porsche service was personal, attentive, respectful and just quite amazing ! It is nice to see that the employees are passionate about the cars. I much prefer the "smaller" size dealership and although I am sure that they are quite busy, they certainly made the purchase, financing and delivery of the vehicle a special occasion. My salesperson Anna-Maria was knowledgeable, calm and she took "ownership" of the transaction until the very end.
