Took my Cayman GTS there a couple times for service and both visits were great. Be aware that sometimes a loaner vehicle isn't always available, but they do have a shuttle. Referred a friend to Brian in pre-owned sales for a used 911 and no complaints there either. Transaction was smooth and painless. Stand-up, personable guy who understands the meaning of customer service. Not a complaint, but just a comment - the dealership is small. Winnipeg is getting a new, bigger dealership and that's a smaller market than Ottawa so I find that a bit strange.

It just seems to be all about the money!i money..had my q7 Td I serviced regularly,oil and lubricated regularly. Now my steering system is seized . 5 years old!! So sad.
