Our car had an issue with oil leakage recently. Porsche immediately took it in for diagnostic, and handled the whole situation seriously. Mathieu Gagne, Porsche Master Brand Ambassador, directly stayed in contact with us to ensure proper client care is given at all time. A loaner was not available, but Mathieu and his service staffs arranged to get us a replacement car right on the next day. Our Cayenne is out of warranty period, but Porsche and Mark Motors went out of their way to resolve the problem so we could get our car fixed at the lowest cost as possible. Where can you get this kind of honesty from a dealership and a reliable brand these days? We’ve had an Audi years ago and now the Porsche, and Mark Motors had always lived up to their promises for luxury cars and top-notch services. We are truly happy with this dealership! Highly recommended.
