White Rock Dodge and Sean Lewis in particular, really helped us get the Dodge Caravan we wanted. They brought the vehicle to us in Victoria and made the purchase process very easy. Sean's friendly and professional demeanour gave me trust in the process and the dealerships resolution of a minor problem with the vehicle after the purchase completed confirmed I made the right choice by purchasing with White Rock Dodge. I have never bought a dealership vehicle before and this experience changed my perspective.

Before leaving this "apparently unfair review" i would like to address to all of the white rock dodge team. you do know google reviews are made for customers not for your own employees to leave reviews telling customers how good the company is. its a customer-customer basis. not employee-customer basis. i see there is another guy rob who works there who claims these 1 star reviews are fake, but they are local guides? and have left somewhat 30 reviews while the rest of your reviews are 1 review accounts, and if you look at it from a customer base, what do you think looks more realistic and what looks more fake? a local guide review cannot be fake, but you guys making a fake accounts and leaving just a review on your own company seems fake. if you want credibility how about treating your customers with some respect and etiquette, offering them products, services.? i read these 1 star reviews before i came down today to book a service in for my car, and the way i was treated was appauling behavior i asked " i need to book my car in for a service" the response i got was, " fully booked sorry" and then i asked could you check when the next available date is? he responded, " im not sure just leave your number and ill call you, and then he continued on talking to his friends in the back. i bought all my vehicles from the haley company and they were great. but you guys are something else. to me it seems like the same people. the same manager who knows nothing. instead of insisting your customers reviews are fake maybe you guys should be the ones talking to those customers and finding a resolution, because i sure do!
