As an employee of the All-New White Rock Dodge, which has no connection to the previous ownership group, "Haley Dodge", I have to ask clients that are viewing our reviews to take a quick second to view the 1 star reviews that have been posted by names that are not in our database, and all populated within a 3-4 day window. Each of the 1 star reviews were created by new accounts that conveniently reviewed our dealership, as well as a bunch of random local businesses on the same day, at the same time, and hence became "Local Guides". Unfortunately we refuse to compromise the integrity of our competitor's reviews by creating Gmail accounts and attacking our competitor's with reviews. I do not expect a client that reads this to necessarily agree, or believe what I am stating. All I ask is that anyone that views this takes a moment to click on the profiles of the 1 star reviews, and notice that they have never reviewed anything prior to the date they reviewed us at 1 star, and a group of random White Rock businesses. Do your due diligence, the Trotman Autogroup, one of Canada's Best Managed Businesses, headed by Mike Trotman, the 2016 Laureate Award Winner for Business Innovation, inherited zero management or leadership roles in our sales department. Excellent service.

I brought in my truck for regular servicing and it was a great experience. As others have said the staff were courteous and professional and the servicing was done in very good time while I waited. I was so impressed I went a told a friend how pleased I was. Thank you White Rock Dodge for your great service.

Very positive and upbeat environment in the dealership. All staff are polite and courteous while simultaneously appearing to enjoy the company of their colleagues and work environment. Having just moved to BC, I came in to have my 2013 Jeep serviced and to browse available 2019 Jeep models on the lot. I never felt pressured to engage with a salesperson but when I was ready to find out more information, Amrit was very helpful and accommodating. The service appointment, test drive, trade-in of vehicles, purchase of a 2019 Jeep, licensing and insurance purchase went extremely smoothly. The staff are experienced and very knowledgeable. A great experience.
