What a fantastic group of people ! I must comment first on Craig , he went above and beyond to get me into my dream vehicle!! I could not thank him enough for making this happen ! He is not only professional and caring but he was never once pushy about anything. This was such a fast smooth process and very stress free ! I spoke to craig the other night and the next day he had the news I was waiting for ! Thank you so much Craig and the team at Empire ! We will definitly spread the word about your amazing business !! I had submitted an online application looking to find a truck, I have purchased a few vehicles in my time and it's always been a gong show dealing with salesmen at dealerships. From my very first visit to Empire Auto Group, I could tell this was not like any other dealership I have dealt with. I was greeted by super friendly staff. Jamie Clark is a true salesman who cares about finding you the perfect vehicle, I am so impressed with his work and effort to track down the truck of my dreams. Jamie took the time to ask questions and helped me determine exactly what I was looking for. Jamie tracked down the truck I wanted and the dealership brought in the vehicle for me and it was perfect. Jamie put in the work and effort got me financed with an incredible rate and truly took the time to make sure I was happy. If you are looking for a vehicle you need to go see Jamie Clark as the guy not only is an incredible Salesman and finance manager through this whole experience I gained a new friend. I can't say enough about his work ethic and kind hearted ness what he brings to the table with his experience and customer service is second to none. I guarantee that you will feel welcomed and like a customer not just a dollar sign. I just want to Thank Jamie Clark and and the Empire Auto Group Team for the best experience I have ever received from a dealership. You guys ROCK!!!

I am so happy to be walking out of Empire Auto Group with the car of my dreams. I would like to thank all the staff at Empire, specially Matt and Jamie for their amazing work. Within a couple of days I was able to get my financing done and all my questions were fully answered. They are energetic, kind and extremely helpful.
