Purchasing a pre owned certified vehicle is meant to give the consumer a piece of mind that what we are buying is of a certain quality above a non certified vehicle. Accordingly to the GM himself, they are “too busy” to make sure that every single vehicle that leaves their lot has properly passed the safety standards according the MTO’s guidelines. Beware of their pre owned certified vehicles.

Went in at 11am was greeted nicely, sat down and was asked what I was looking for : a used truck ,chev or dodge said they had a few in the lot. Then another customer walked in he asked me to wait a moment while he attended to his customer, no problem I thought. 11:45 I'm still waiting asked to speak to another sales rep, no go. Waited until 1230 asked again said I've been there since 11,they apologize said he'd be right back. 1pm finally got fed up walked out went and bought a truck from the car lot whom had the best and most courteous service of the week. Lost a paying customer that day and will never return Never felt so embarrassed and ignored while looking to spend 25,000$. Poor service overall, do not recommend

What a great buying experience! I have been loyal to a domestic brand for 20 years. Matt talked me in to coming into Honda to check out what they have to offer, and my mind was blown. I could not believe how many luxury options were included at price points far below my favourite domestic brand's were. On top of the bang for my buck - Matt went above and beyond, answering my million questions with patience, knowledge and humour. He even arranged for me to have the vehicle overnight so I could get a real feel for it. Talk about customer service! Jay in Finance got me approved right away, and made the whole thing simple from start to finish. I am officially a Palladino Honda convert.

My experience with Palladino was Pleasant and reassuring

I brought my crv to replace my fan motor and a wheel alignment. The service was completed within the timeframe indicated, when issues were discovered I was advised of the work required and costs associated. Tamara was knowledgeable and pleasant, she kept me informed of the service being completed and costs associated with the work being performed. She ensured I had no surprises and made me feel confident in choosing Palladino for service. Very professional and friendly.
