Everyone we dealt with at Honda during the purchasing of our new CRV were pleasant and very professional. We were welcomed immediately when we walked through the doors. We have had our Honda’s serviced here since we moved to Sudbury and have been pleased with the service we have received. Our salesperson was Jordan Jokinen. He was very knowledgeable about the product and we enjoyed dealing with him. He did not make us feel pressured and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend him. Denis went through the paperwork and took the time to thoroughly explain everything and offer us different options. He went out of his way to accommodate us. Thanks to all the staff for their attention to detail and willingness to help us.

Jordan J. was very concern to have customers as happy as possible. He treated us with respect and professionalism, helping in all the buying process and follow up, after purchase. He went with us in all the details, until confirmed our full satisfaction. Looking forward to deal with him again. Great for Palladino Honda to have employees of such level.
