Kara understands the importance of being helpful whenever our vehicles need service work. For our latest visit, she was able to schedule our service call quickly and provided us with a courtesy car to help us get to our multiple destinations while in town. Since we live over 2.5 hrs. away from the dealership, this type of compassion and help is very much appreciated. We truly value her high level of service quality and her friendly professional approach to her role as service advisor. Thank you Kara, for providing us with another good service experience.
