This was the best experience I have had in a long time. Matt Ballastoni was outstanding and went above and beyond what he had to do. It was worth the 5 hour drive to pick up our Honda Pilot. I would highly recommend Palladino Honda and Matt. Thanks again for looking after me.

My buying experience was excellent at Palladino Honda. Matt in Sales had a very relaxed, no-nonsense approach to the car negotiations(which I really appreciated) and was willing to pull all the stops to get me into a new car at a price that worked for me and Jay in Finance made the warranty and loan application process simple. Even when I had troubles with my trade-in just hours before delivery, Matt was quick to make sure that we could still make a deal work with no changes to our original agreement. Would definitely recommend Palladino Honda to anyone looking for a car in Sudbury or beyond.

Everyone we dealt with at Honda during the purchasing of our new CRV were pleasant and very professional. We were welcomed immediately when we walked through the doors. We have had our Honda’s serviced here since we moved to Sudbury and have been pleased with the service we have received. Our salesperson was Jordan Jokinen. He was very knowledgeable about the product and we enjoyed dealing with him. He did not make us feel pressured and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend him. Denis went through the paperwork and took the time to thoroughly explain everything and offer us different options. He went out of his way to accommodate us. Thanks to all the staff for their attention to detail and willingness to help us.
