Car door

I was to get my door lock fixed but no one new anything about it . It was not put in the computer Now I have to what for it to do it again and bring it back in hopping its still that way when I get it they This is not safe if you have to get into the car with that door quickly

Oil smells like gas and quick fix is all I’m being offered

We want answers about the 2017 CRV problem with gas getting into the oil. Frequent oil changes is not enough. We want a fix and are very worried about long term engine damage. Honda is well aware of the problem but doing nothing to remedy!!

Felt I was misled into replacing 2 parts that may not had needed replacement. Then car was returned 3 days later with interior dirty and permanent scratches to the vinyl.

I had some significant repairs that were required to be made to my vehicle and the staff was friendly, attentive and very helpful in completing all the items. I was kept informed of the progress via text and any questions I had were answered promptly. Finally, there was a question regarding damage to one of my tires, and I was suprised by the offer to work with me on the issue. I did not expect this and would recommend Palladino Honda to anyone.
