Purchased a brand new civic. Process took forever, on the day we signed all the papers with the salesman, we were in there for a total of 4 hours. Making us wait, and then literally forgetting we were in his office. Car has been okay for the first 40k, but not dealing with them anymore then I have to. Would not buy our next vehicle from them.

while hand washing the truck I discovered a dent and cluster of marks on the roof. Don't know how they could have been made except in a shop. Had the truck inspected on July 11/18. the service girl and her assistant insisted it couldn't have happened at Honda. They told me that pictures had been taken and someone would contact me for more followup. This hasn't happened yet! This is the 4th honda I've purchased at this dealership. I'm not impressed

Just bought a used Chevy Equinox from here and let me tell you, the customer service was fantastic. Would highly recommend going with Jordan Jokinen for a salesman if your looking to test drive a car. His attitude and friendliness eased the tension typically associated with buying a car from the dealership, and the questions he asked helped me to make sure I knew I was buying the best car for what I needed. At one point during the test drive, I actually felt like I was in a high-end Mexican brothel, and he was the knowledgeable, compassionate madam who knew my desires better than I knew them, myself. He also gave me a clear heads up about the potential add-ons I would be offered when signing the papers. The signing of the papers was, evidently, the only thing that detracted from my experience; hence the not 5 stars. The finance manager, Denis, was nice and very informative. The financial breakdowns just felt a little rushed. I would have liked to have more time to review the breakdown of the purchase on paper. I mean, the papers were put in front of me and I did sign them... I could have paused for a minute and reviewed the bill, maybe cancelled the disability insurance I frivolously signed on for, as it contradicts my live-on-the-edge lifestyle. But I was in a hurry to get to Montana's for dinner. Montana's was also 4 stars, but that's a story for a different review.
