Getting ready to leave on a week of vacation when my 2011 Ridgeline begins making a horrendous humming and vibration noise. Assessment by the technician at Palladino Honda determined that the hanger bearing and U joint bearings on the drive shaft were both seizing up. Drive Shaft not available until next week and need my truck to haul our trailer for vacation. Service Manager - Marilyn Bodson had the technician remove my faulty drive shaft and temporarily replaced the drive shaft from a Ridgeline in inventory so we could go on vacation. What Unbelievable service!!!

My recent buying experience has been really positive. The salesman, Jordan, was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. He had a great personality and made the buying process fun rather than nerve wracking. I was worried since I had helped my parents years ago buy an Odyssey at Palladino and the salesman they had was friendly but came off as arrogant. Jordan was far from being that type and I really enjoyed dealing with him. I also didn't feel pressured when I told them I needed some time to think about the purchase when the value of my trade-in wasn't what I expected. Overall, the 3 gentlemen I mostly dealt with during the purchase process, Jordan, Cody and Jayson were all great, fun and professional. I'm glad those were the guys I got to deal with. This experienced took away my negative preconceptions I had of Palladino Honda.

First of all it was Helene's spouce Sam who had the service done.The staff is always excellent at the service counter. The problem I have is the ethics of the company, Palladino. I was suckered into buying a used car that should have not passed a mechanical safety, yet was sold to me under that premise. Now I was stuck paying for repairs that should have been done before I bought the car. I will question if me and my wife Helene will continue to do business with the Palladino car group.

I'm on my second Honda Civic now from this place. Couldn't ask for better service. Although a little pushy when it comes to asking for you to trade in your vehicle after a while. but they're sales people, i'd also be disappointed if they didn't bother me to sell stuff.

July 30th Repairs for Brake Lie

Dan as usual was very patient and understanding with my frustration that an issue developed on one brake line with possible issues pending on the other lines. I have spent a "few dollars" since May 25th 2018, still needing new tires. I appreciate his kindness.

Tamara was able to book my CRV in for unexpected repairs and was able to source the parts quickly. I was back up and running in no time. At the same time a warranty repair was also made.
