Tamara was able to book my CRV in for unexpected repairs and was able to source the parts quickly. I was back up and running in no time. At the same time a warranty repair was also made.

I had an appt at 2:00 and I was on my way home shortly after 3:00. Kara even took the time to tell me that she had to leave but that my car was ready and Dan would take care of me. He even walked me out to find my car.

We had an intermittent buzzing from the power door. It wasn’t buzzing when we took it in and wasn’t when we left. However, it started again about 50 kms after we left. Will bring it in again hopefully when it is buzzing.

the only positive thing I can say about Palladino Honda was that Tamara at the service counter was extremely helpful. Aside from her, the service is slow, convoluted and dismal at best. I still have no clue what my warranty covers even after several inquiries with no calls returned, nobody at Honda could clarify for me. I still have unsolved issues with my vehicle that I've resigned myself to living with because of this. So far my experience with palladino honda has been awful and i wouldn't recommend your dealership to anyone.

Dustin was very courteous and friendly, and I have no issues with the customer service interactions I did have. However, I booked an appointment back in mid June for July 3rd to replace a part under warranty. On June 29th I received a voicemail saying the appointment was cancelled since they didn't have the part yet. I didn't receive any further follow up. I called the dealership back near the end of July and asked when the part would be in so I could bring in my car to get repaired. Not sure if I spoke to Dustin or Kara, but they said they still didn't know when the part would be in and so couldn't do anything for me. Very frustrated that it's been a month and a half since I needed the repairs and nothing has happened, nor is there any date for the repair in sight. I'm guessing this might have to do with it being covered under warranty, which I imagine the dealership doesn't make as much money from.
