We had new rear rotors installed slightly more than a year ago, and during our recent service Darryl discovered they've worn out. We were pretty frustrated about this, since the rotors were slightly beyond warranty but still clearly a defective part. After talking to Darryl and Geoff about this, Geoff agreed to cover the costs of our replacement rear rotors as a gesture of goodwill. This is our first real dealing with Oxford Dodge, but Darryl and Geoff acted with integrity and gave us confidence that we'll be treated fairly and receive quality service. We'll be back.

I came in with brake problems on my Chrysler 300, which I was expecting. While checking the brakes, a few other adjustments were found to be necessary but they were all warranty items so they were fixed at no charge - good news. Now it drives like a new car!! Great stuff!! Thanks Mike!!!!!

In the express lane I am told that there is large oil leak and recommend full diagnosis in the shop. I am confused by this as this year I had my peace of mind inspection and nothing mentioned about an oil leak. I am told that the extended warranty may not cover this and quoted an hour cost to diagnos the problem. Since the car in being looked at anyways I mentioned that the sunroof that had already been serviced under warranty is again making noise and to look at it. I am not shown my car but rather presented with a bill for lubrication of the sunroof and told that there is now no large oil leak and nothing more. This does not leave me with peace of mind. Is there a small leak? Is this covered under the warranty I have left ? My time was wasted as I had to come back and make an appointment for another day and wait 2 hours in the waiting room and still I was presented with a lubrication bill on a past service issue. Has the management or ownership of Oxford changed recently? My family has been purchasing cars for many years now there and I have just ordered new car once again but this all now needs to be reconsidered with this issue.
