Good purchase experience, no one got beat-up!

This salesperson was very friendly and helpful and tried to provide as much information as possible. She spent considerable time with us until the deal was completed. When we picked up the vehicle I was pleased that all the details and documents were neatly arranged. A very good buying experience!!

From the moment Ellen introduced herself, she made it her point to help us in every way she could. From information about the van we were looking at, to the process itself to purchase it. It took a lot of the stress out of the experience and allowed us to simply concentrate on ensuring the vehicle was the right choice for us....

Danielle is an excellent sales associate and takes the time to understand your needs. She demonstrates a genuine interest in her customers and in the vehicles she recommends. She follows up when and how she says she will, and does not using "hard" selling techniques. My experience with Danielle and Brantford Honda was fantastic, and I will definitely be back!
