I deal with Rebecca friesen whenever I go to smp for any of my services . She is super friendly & outgoing & gets me in and out as soon as possible .

I took my truck in to have a recall done. Was a minor issue. Was sorted out. Later they phoned and informed me that much more maintenance should be done. I informed them that I was a mechanic and that none of what they were trying to sell me was necessary. She got quiet on the phone real fast. She said "she would make a note on my file that I was a mechanic." Told her to never phone me again. Not her fault. Some plan that someone at AutoCanada (who know own's SMP) dreamt up in order to take advantage of people who don't know any better. Extremely unethical people. Not sure how these people sleep at night.

Had a nice experience at SMP, everyone is friendly. Shanahan was helpful in finding a vehicle that suited all our needs. Wish I could have had a little more bargaining power, but it's to be expected when buying a vehicle so I didn't deduct stars.

I was in the market for a new truck and placed a call to several dealerships in the area. SMP was the 1st one that actually put me thru to a live salesman (not voicemail). "Tom Walker" introduced himself and we discussed what I was looking for. I had some particular requests for a new truck so we decided it would be best to meet in person to go over some options. Scheduled the appointment for the next day, Tom was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He lined up a vehicle for a test drive and while we were waiting his Manager Stan came in and introduced himself. We had a nice conversation and I was not once felt pressured by anyone in the building. A couple of days later we returned to negotiate on a factory ordered vehicle. Tom was very helpful and not pushy at all. His demeanor throughout this process was very professional and we were able to come to terms and I purchased the vehicle. Tom, Stan, thank you both for making this a pleasant experience. If anyone is looking for quality service, doing business with these guy's is going to be hard to beat.

I have been a customer at SMP since 2015 and have purchased 2 new Chevy Silverados since then. While I have been very happy with the sales and service I have received from the SMP Team, one person truly stands out from my perspective. Rebecca Friesen in service has been exceptional over the past several years. I have had many service needs over the years and some of them have been quite urgent with short timelines.
