I just bought my first car and it was a really great experience.

The service they provide is excellent. They have a wide selection of vehicles to choose from, and they are 100% honest about each one on the lot. Even with my credit situation, they still managed to find a nice car at a very reasonable price.

Had Andrew has my guy helping me find/buy a car. He helped me every step of the way. And even worked from home to have my car ready on time. If you need a vehicle I highly recommend you go to these guys. I love my new car. And Andrew now has a life time customer

After visiting other dealerships with little success, a friend recommended Empire Auto Group. From my initial text message to Adam, I immediately felt that I was a priority. He told me he was sure he could help, and he did! Struggling with less than perfect credit can be daunting and embarrassing at times. Adam took away the stigma, focusing instead on a plan, a lender, and a vehicle, that would work for me. After completing the deal, I drove away -- in my dream car --- knowing I could still reach out to Adam at any time with questions and concerns. His exemplary level of service extends well beyond the handshake. The highest recommendation to Adam and his team at Empire.

Website is terribly outdated, extremely difficult to navigate and crashes often. They have two locations yet in their website it says the address is on springbank. Wasted time and gas driving out there to hear the car I was looking at on their site had "sold a while ago."

There are alot of vehicles to choose from. It was difficult to make my decision but Andrew was very helpful in telling me about all the ones I test drove. After picking the one I liked he was even more helpful making it work for me. Andrew went above and beyond what I expected and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Thank-you for everything
