Satisfied with my car services

I had my car maintenance service at Murray. It is a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and the waiting time is within my expectation. I am happy to know the general condition of my car with the key point check up with the service. Good job done!

I had noticed an oily liquid under my car when I moved it out of the garage on a couple of occasions and as I was bringing the car in for service I thought I would stop by the dealership and ask to have it checked when I brought the car in. When I told her what I had noticed she changed the appointment and booked the car in the same afternoon and arranged for a rental car. I was not expecting same day service and the rental car was a bonus as I needed a car during the period my vehicle was in for service.

When I arrived, there was a lineup, as many vehicles were booked that day. My vehicle was turned over by the appointed time. I was provided a shuttle ride home, and the work was completed quickly. All in all, I was very satisfied with the service appointment.

I took my vehicle in to get a part replaced and for body work. Chris made sure everything was coordinated with the service department and the auto body shop. I was informed right away when my vehicle was ready.
