I had to bring back my vehicle as I had an oil leak. They said they forgot to change or check a gasket on the oil cap.

The service I needed was on the ignition of my car, due to a recall by Chevrolet. I made my appointment online and found that very helpful. When I arrived for my appointment, I received prompt attention, was given a detailed explanation of the work to be done, and provided with a shuttle ride home. The work was completed by the expected time. All staff were courteous and professional in their service.

The reason for a negative response is... when I got tired waiting to see if they were done working on my car I went to see if my vehicle was finished being worked on, it wasn't there --but it was sitting outside finished and no one told me. Secondly, When I went to pay for the work that had been done the lady taking my money was very cold in her interaction with me and I felt like I was being an inconvenience to her. Maybe it was that time of month or she was just having a bad day? So the customer service was poor that day, which is very unusual for the other times when I had been there.

Spring servicing was done on time and follow up provided for the one item that couldn't be completed the same day. Shuttle service got me to and from Murray's quickly so no waiting involved.
