I brought my car in for oil change and servicing as well as change of tires from winter to all season and to check a possible brake problem and recall fix. All was done in a timely manner and I was called regarding the possible brake issue as well as informed of a problem with an oil leak which was fixed at the same time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Murray Chevrolet for service.

I am very satisfied with technician service provided, because they listened carefully what my problem is, and specially believed what i said is truth.They took my car for long test drive to get high engine temperature when you are only able to experience bad smell coming from engine. I am very happy that they find what issue was. After a few days driving i don't experience any bad smell, it seams problem fixed. Thank you

Chris was very pleasant and polite, which he always is. We had a good discussion on what was tried to resolve the warranty issue. He and his technicians did make me feel that they are doing their best to find what is one of the hardest things to diagnose - an intermittent problem. I always left feeling that they had done a great job. I did very much appreciate the conversation we had to make sure I understood what was tried and the process. I enjoy working with Chris. It is a real team approach, with Chris, the technicians and the engineers at GM all working on the issue I am having. I also like the shuttle service that is freely offered, including a free taxi ride when outside of shuttle hours. The cost of providing this service does not go unnoticed.
