I have purchased old Honda Civic 2015 in November 2020, the car was at 25 k and with winter tires. Last week, I installed all season tires and the tires were making loud noise on every surface. I went to check with the dealership but they ignored my point and tried to convince that it is my perception. I had a discussion with executive named Tom, he did not listen and asked me to write on social media (It is disgusting). I have two questions from Honda because as per their service bill the thread rating is 5/32 for front and 6/32 for rear tires: ++Either the tires are changed because 25 K cannot consume tires this rating. ++Or odometer of the car tampered by the dealer. I need legal advise from someone on this matter, I feel they cheated on any one point. I got new Michelin tires and there is no sound. I have attached the photograph of tires, there is something wrong and I need to identify and take action.

Hi Barinder The tire tread depth and condition of the all-season tires were fine but we did notice a pitch of sound they made on different surfaces. We did mention it's possible there are different sounds (or pitch), from different brand/type of tire. My wife brought our 2014 Honda Odyssey in to check on the factory DVD player as it was not playing and kept ejecting the disc. $178 in diagnostic fee later, she was told the laser head is probably shot and would cost $1,400 to replace it. Fast forward 2 weeks later, brought the same vehicle to Waverley Subaru for detail cleaning. I casually mentioned the DVD problem to the service manager and he said they can take a look at it. When I got our vehicle back, to my surprise, the DVD player was fully functional. Moreover, I wasn't even charged for it. I honestly don't understand why Winnipeg Honda cannot identify the problem and simply suggested an expensive alternative when the problem can be fixed free of charge AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! If you ever get a quote from here, I would advise bringing it elsewhere for a second opinion just to make sure you are being presented with thr most economical solution instead of the easiest yet most expensive solution.
