You guys are running a joke here. Had the car break down and sent it in to fix which costed over 1k. The car can start but 1 of the window isn't working after we got the car back. Fixed one problem but came out with a different issue. "We didn't check your window." is the response we got. Seriously, you guys are the expert. What is the point of bringing the car to "experts" if you can't even provide the service. That 1k cost, 300 is material 700 in "labour," and you want additional cost for checking windows? Just straight up bad business practice.

I strongly recommend salesperson Andy Chan at Winnipeg Honda for his knowledge, expertise and respectful nature. We first met Andy 10 years ago when he helped us purchase our first Honda, an Odyssey van. Now we came back for a Honda Passport—specifically because of Andy. He has always kept in touch over the years and was eager to share his knowledge with us in such a comfortable way. I really appreciate this longtime connection with Andy. I know I can count on him to continue to assist us if ever necessary, and I can’t wait to enjoy our new Passport!

OK, you gotta ask for Andy Chan, he was amazing. He was efficient, very thorough and knowledgeable. He seemed to know the vehicle he’s selling inside and out, willing to go over every detail, making the process of purchasing our vehicle run really smoothly. Not a pushy salesman; we never felt pressured into making a decision. He was friendly, willing to help as much as possible, and willing to go above and beyond for us. When, after the transaction was completed and we had the vehicle home for a while, I had emailed Andy with a concern about the key battery being low. Andy replied right away and our issue was resolved at the dealership that day. Andy made dealing with Winnipeg Honda a most pleasant experience. Thanks Andy!

I was pleased with Winnipeg Honda, and their salesman Kenneth Balita. Ken was very helpful, and able to answer any questions I had. I realize that my needs in a new car were quite different from what most people need, but Ken did not try to convince me to buy what everybody else wanted. Instead, he tried to satisfy my own needs. As a whole, it was a good experience.

Bought a 2017 Accord from here a year ago. Previous to purchase, it had been leased and returned recently. When I purchased the vehicle, it had not yet been detailed between owners. I was told the salesman would be in touch to schedule a free detail within 2 weeks of purchase date (May 31 2020). I called back twice a month for A YEAR to try and book the detail and was only able to get it booked because I came in for some service work on warranty and spoke to someone about it in person. Finally got the detail done, and when the car was returned to me the seats and mats were still wet, the cupholders hadn't even been wiped out, and there was still garbage in the back seat. Reliable vehicles but subpar service overall.
