New - Another review, just upgraded my ‘17 Cruze with a 2020 Equinox Premier(Nov 2020)! Thanks to Stan and everyone who made it possible to get my young family into a bigger vehicle to haul everyone and everything around. Can’t thank you enough! Always completely satisfied dealing with SMP!! Go see Stan and tell him I sent you and I promise you will be taken care of like family! Old - Just Picked up my 2017 Cruze Premier (Oct 2016) that i leased from Kelly Prior, stand up salesman and refer all my friends and family to him. Thanks for making buying a car a hassle free experience and kept me in the drivers seat. Thanks again.

New - Got my Equinox fitted with winter tires and rims and very happy with the look and feel with the winter conditions. Rebecca Friesen the service advisor was great to work with. Always kept me in the loop when things were in process and completed. Always happy with SMP’s service. Driver's window stuck down due to failed regulator. I swung into the service drive-through without an appointment. They got me in and out quickly. Now I've got 3 years/60K warranty on the part and labour. I would applaud them requiring masks for their entire staff. Seems strange to have service advisors wearing masks but the waiting area is on the sales floor, and sales staff are not wearing them.

Good enough for a new car dealership I'm sure but I bought as-is and they would only reduce their asking price by $500 even though there was around 3k worth of work needed. Then they acted like it was such a huge favor. They even gave me a condition that I would give them a 5 star review to reduce the price by $500. Drove the vehicle for around 600km/1.5 months after sinking 3k into it, to find out the front diff is shot. They wouldn't even consider giving me a break to help fixing it. Would not recommend. Sleezy like the cartoons.
