Bought a beautiful used vehicle through these folks. Ali Moazin and Ashur were the two I dealt with throughout the process. From the initial phone call to the dealership speaking with what I will assume was the receptionist everything just felt real. I've been in the market for a car for awhile now and have had some less than enjoyable experiences with dealerships lately. These two gentlemen were a breath of fresh air. Because of the distance Ali was more than accommodating sharing various pictures, videos, all info was handed to me up front. The honesty and genuineness was palpable. I never felt pressured or rushed or deceived in any way. Dealing with Ashur was largely the same experience. Then came pick-up day. Having not met these individuals in person I didn't know if the professionalism on the phone would transfer to the real world. I was met at the desk by Ali who walked me to my new car which was carefully prepared. The little extra steps taken were noticed and appreciated. Ali seemed genuinely excited for me to meet Ashur and the introductions felt less like a business deal and more like meeting decent people. Ashur walked me through all of the financial stuff, was patient, kind, and relatable. To wrap this long winded review up I have to say how grateful I am for this experience. I've never really enjoyed the car purchasing process and these two gentlemen changed my outlook. It felt real. So either they're the craftiest bunch around or it was a real experience. I'm inclined to believe it to be the latter. Thank you both, and thanks to everyone else involved. P.s. I absolutely love this car and have reignited my passion for just driving. Thank you both.
