Hands down the best customer service I have had at any dealership. Both Tim and Grant were fantastic. I've been working with Tim for four years now and just traded in for a new RDX- A spec which I couldn't be happier with. The entire leasing process was flawless from start to finish. Highly recommend Acura on Brant if you are looking for buying or leasing an Acura.

Purchased a 2019 Acura Rdx Aspec from the help of Donnie and Grant . The experience right from the beginning was met with no pressure . They were knowledgeable and straight to the point .. no time wasting . Our vehicle looked absolutely fantastic on pick up day as promised . Would definitely do business here again , Thanks to Donnie and Grant .

As always the staff at Acura on Brant were exceedingly helpful. Once servicing was completed I spoke with a sale rep about replacing the RDX. Not only did he give a great price, but when I asked about adding my wife’s TLX, which she wasn’t using he came back with and even better deal that included refunding the payment for my service while adding all the options/ add-ons I have on my trade in. Completely above board and work for best deal possible cut cost for 2 vehicles on 1/2. Great service both in the shop and on the floor.

Just bought a tlx from this location with the help of Tim the leasing manager and I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. He was able to help me find the perfect car in a short amount of time and explained everything very thoroughly to make my setup process seamless!

I've been an Acura owner for as long as I can remember. I've moved around a lot, so I've had the chance to deal with many Acura dealerships, but I'll say that customer services, sales, honesty and integrity are second to none at Acura on Brant. If you get a chance, make sure you speak with Tim (though, everyone I've spoken to there is awesome)... I've dealt with Tim for the last 4-5 years. No doubt, I'll be back for my next car/SUV.

I would like to say a special Thank you to Kevin Cabioc for all his efforts on getting my dream car a 2021 TLX Type S. Kevin is awesome, he contacted me regularly to update me on the latest news for the Type S. I also would like to say Thank you to Donnie Stoddard for his efforts on making my delivery process smooth and easy and sending me photos and mini video clips of my dream car. The customer service was amazing! Sara was great, very friendly, she had an answer for all my questions. Kevin was able to bring me all the numbers before I even asked for them. I would definitely recommend this dealership for whoever is in the market for an Acura. I have absolutely no complaints! They were awesome!
