I love how respectful our installer was of our home and how quickly he was able to transform our bathroom in time for the holidays!

We are very pleased with how beautiful our bathtub looks after only just 2 days of a complete tear down of the old tub and shower. Our installer came with mats to protect our floors from his dirty boots. He also made sure the door closed tight behind him to keep the cold out. He also made sure to ask if our dog was a flight risk (she was not) which I thought was considerate. We now have a tub and shower to be proud of in time for Christmas company. Thank you Bathfitter!

From a 1942 Cast Iron Tub to a 2018 Model

I am very pleased with the results of this project. However, it was not without some problems. Glen broke a pipe but fixed it without a problem. The tub was an inch higher than ordered and this is a problem for me because of my mobility issues. The wrong surround choice was on the final order but I am very happy with the substitute Glen brought in its place. It was a pleasure to have Glen in my home for two days. He was patient, friendly, competent and personable. I do regret not having a second visit with Mark Murphy and getting a copy of the final order. I am concerned that the fixtures Mark recommended are a discontinued product. I trust it was not discontinued because of problems in operation and durability of the unit.

Did a great job. Love my new tub. The only suggestion I have would be to be able to order the same tub but 3-5 inches higher.

Bathfitters removed the old tub and installed a new tub and surround. It took 2 days to complete and the job was done in a professional manner. I was only disappointed with one aspect of my experience. I was told that I would receive monetary compensation for referring others to make a purchase. However I was not told that they had to make their appointment on line to be entitled to this compensation.

Right from the salesperson (who didn’t try to upsell or pressure us in any way) to the installers, it was a great experience. Well worth the money and just like the commercial says “I have a bathroom I love”. I highly recommend Bath Fitter.

We only had the tub done as the walls were all tiled . From the moment Carl arrived he was very courteous and respectful of our home . He laid out mats the entire way to catch any and all dirt. He closed the door when he went in and out and was just very professional about the whole procedure. Would highly recommend them .
