I purchased a new Silverado from Tom Walker the other day, he went above and beyond the call of duty with finding the perfect truck with all the features and color I wanted! He was very accommodating with answering any and all of my questions through out the purchasing process. I would recommend going to see Tom, Stan and Corey at SMP for your new and pre-owned vehicle needs!

I am very unsatisfied with the service department. Every time I’ve had to get work done on my car after my four free oil changes were up I’ve had to pay more than what I’m quoted. I’ve had problems with three different advisors. My car sat at the shop since 10am today and I finally got a call at 3:30pm telling me they didn’t have time to work on it and that I could keep it there overnight and hopefully they would get to it the next day. When I told them I was unsatisfied with the service the assistant service manager Micheal called me, hardly let me speak on the phone and told me If given the opportunity they would try to make it right. This is my second time having to talk with Micheal about an issue and frankly all he can offer is a bandaid. I will not be taking my car back to SMP until I can hand them the keys. I am beyond disappointed.

Hello Alexis, I'm sorry your vehicle did not make it into the shop the same day it was dropped off for servicing. Our shop foreman did get the ball rolling that day by road testing the vehicle and confirming the concern, but your vehicle would have had to stay overnight. Although our goal is same day service on one-day repairs, this does not always happen. As I mentioned when we spoke on the telephone, I would like to invite you back, and in your case SMP would provide a rental vehicle for you to use while we complete the required maintenance and repairs.
