I brought the car in for fall maintenance and winter tires put on. When service found 2 belts deteriorating, they inquired first before replacing, explained what needed to be done and what would need to be addressed in the near future. I received respect and updates throughout the afternoon as to what stage they were at. I feel I got excellent service.

I will not return to the dealership for service. After being told I needed to balance tires that were already on their own rims, I feel like I was take advantage for not knowing this is not necessary. Several "male" friends and family commented after that was totally not necessary and that it just added to my cost. I need to trust the staff that is taken care of my car. That is a key to a good dealer client relationship. Very disappointed with what happened.

Brantford Honda is a great dealership. The people are always quick to serve and friendly. The Honda Civic is a good little car. It is not the great car I was expecting. I have had a recall on the CVT where it is mentioned that mechanical damage might occur yet Honda does not offer to extend the warranty. Tonight my radio just crashed and restarted itself. Do I like the car? Yes I do but they are far from great.

Danielle was great , I test drove the Crosstour and loved the car . I told her that I was test driving another car at a different dealership the next day , she asked what I was test driving and there was the same car on the lot here , I test drove it as well and liked the Crosstour better so made the deal

From the moment I walked in the show room I was greated with smiles from everyone and offered a fresh coffee. Once I seen the cars I wanted, I was walked around the different models and shown the differences big and small. I took them for a test drive and made my decision. I was walked through the options and all the finance options, I made all the decisions and tada! It was done. I even got a remote car started thrown in the deal too. I couldn't be happier the car is great!

The car I was looking at was new on the lot with no information in windows, but within minutes of asking about the car I had most of the information I needed and got to test drive it. Jon was very friendly and the people I talked to made the experience feel more personal rather than just a business deal. The people at Brantford Honda take really good care of their customers!
