Oil consumption test

I attended Murray Chevrolet for an oil consumption test. Instead of the oil level possibly being too low, it was discovered the oil was overfilled during the last service appointment. Peter arranged to have the oil level reduced to the proper level while I waited and the oil consumption test can now continue. The appointment went very well, only concern is it went from 20 minutes to 3 hours.

I was very unsatisfied with the service to my vehicle. I went in to have my front oxygen sensor replaced because my car was continuous stalling while idling at lights or any stoppage while on the road, approximately 2 years ago and two days after I picked my car up I noticed my front right wheel well was missing and had appeared to have ripped off. When I came back to question the maintenance staff regarding the issue they took no responsibility for the wheel well falling off. I am now responsible for the deductible for the over $2,000 dollars worth of damage to the front bumper panel of my car. I have since not returned to Chevy on Waverly and will only return if maintenance and service is not possible somewhere else. Regards, Grant Rayner

I had an oil change and while the drive thru service was busy when I first pulled up, my salesman(Keith Place) helped me by informing me when as to when the space was available and kept the service helper informed for my return, who was also a very pleasant gentleman(sorry I don't recall his name). My wife's was disabled by a fly!!

Had a weird experience where my wife's car would not run after we picked it up from having the winter tires switched out. Murray's fixed the issue with no charge which was greatly appreciated. They said that a fly had gotten into the intake manifold and was causing the sensors to misfire all four cylinders.
