Excellent service and done on time

It's always a pleasure dealing with Murray's, I live out of the city so when I come in for service work everything is arranged well, the work gets done on time and I have my car back before the day Is over. I will continue to use this dealership, and Dennis always looks after me great so thanks.

Great service. I liked how they stayed in contact with me while my car was being serviced to let me know what was going on. The only downside was having to wait to get my car initially in to have it serviced at the beginning. Took a bit of time. Other then that great

Service once you are in the garage is excellent. Biggest issue is that every time I have gone there for a oil change, there is a line up. I have left on several occasions as the line is too long.

We would like to Thank you for your feedback , We strive in our Quick lube to perform the best quality and affordable service in 20 minutes or less. We have our quick lubes available on a first come first serve basis and at times can be busy and at others slower. We have found with customer feedback that customers prefer the non-appointment basis. If it is more convenient for you we can set up a time where we can have you drop off your vehicle with us for a couple hours and we can drive you to work or home or shopping and pick you up when it is ready or at the end of your work day .
