Each time I go to the dealership to have my vehicle serviced, I feel like I am meeting up with old friends. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I appreciate that I am always updated on what future work is required on my vehicle and that I am never surprised by unexpected costs. Everyone is upfront about the work being done and the cost associated with fixing/servicing my vehicle. More importantly, 99.9% of the time I have taken my vehicle in for maintenance, repairs, the quality of work has always been great.

I was Late to work when I specifically told them I needed to be picked up by a certain time. In addition, when changing my wheels they did not check my tire pressure. As a result, one of my wheels became damaged, came off the rim and went flat.
