Appointment for body work requiring leaving the vehicle for a week and obtaining a rental car. At the same time several vehicle recall notices were completed.

Always know exactly what is happening with my vehicle - Mark keeps me up to date and clearly explains everything in plain language. This Service team always goes the extra mile to get me back on the road fast - from the person who greets you and intakes the vehicle to Service Guru Mark to the friendly shuttle drivers and the cheerful valet who drives the car up to the front. Have not had a less than excellent experience in the 5 years I have been a customer. Would not take my vehicle anywhere else. Ever.

I have always been provided with all the information necessary to make informed decision regarding my vehicle. I trust Chris to give me all the facts, and he does. He converses with me so that I understand all his suggestions about what is best for me and my vehicle. He also provides all work and feedback in writing on my invoice, which I greatly appreciate, since it provides me with a 'history' of work completed on my vehicle.
