good service but the wait sucks for an oil change. Should have more then one bay :)

Although there were some technical challenges, Archie's sense of humour and willingness to act quickly really made them non-issues. My husband and I enjoyed our experience and know that we are well taken care of at Oxford Dodge. Having only worked with the Service Department in the past (shout out to Mike Summerfield!), we now feel more connected to other aspects of the Oxford Dodge family which is wonderful. Grateful to have another Chrysler in the family to continue the tradition.

Off the start was dissuaded from the vehicle I had come in to ask about (model and options). Was explained what a hassle it would be to try to find such a vehicle and littered with excuses someone else wa going to look into and get back to Scott. In the end I was told by Scott that he had secured a black model which I was going to purchase and he had secured it. On delivery it was a copper colour. No response from Scott to date on this. I took the vehicle and will not return for future sales nor suggest others contact this dealership. The purchase was annoying and unfriendly.

Hi! I came in for an oil change to the Express area. I was happy to have the oil change done in less than 20 minutes and the air filter was changed too! Nice to be able to just show up without an appt. and be in and out in under 20 minutes! Much appreciated! Christine

Everything was great except mix up with wrong vehicle arriving, and scratch on hood of car.

My experience started before this service. I went in to get my oil changed and I asked the guys about the big colorful poster with maintenance schedules. They explained it clearly for me and told me to come in when my odometer hits the 6000 mark. I never would have known that if it wasn't for them =) I made my appointment, and the staff were very polite and pleasant over the phone and in person. They shuttled me to and from work (which is amazing considering I work clear across town). They had the services done very quickly and called me to give me an update. I had an issue where they could not find the lock nut to rotate the tiers and I had no clue where something like that could be. They calmed me down and took care of it so that I can stay focused and concentrate on work as appose to what's happening with my car. Life is crazy busy, with work and kids and commitments, I always find that I look more and more to the subject matter experts to help me take care of the "other" stuff. I feel very confident in my Dodge Experts to help me keep my new car in top shape hassle free. I just want to thank everyone there =)
